Here's how it works. 


1. A link for registration will be posted right here on our website.  Families already enrolled in Sprouts, or previously waitlisted will receive direct links via email on the dates listed above, prior to open enrollment. When it becomes available, please click the link to register your child.  ALL information must be completed to submit your registration- INCLUDING uploading your child's health statement from the pediatrician (this can be a written statement on letterhead from the physician, or you may use our health statement form provided below), as well as their vaccination records, so please make sure you have these in hand prior to beginning your online application. Children registering for the 4's class will also need a copy of the results from their hearing and vision screener.  During your registration, you will be asked to pay a registration fee of $25.  This fee is non-refundable. 

2. After registering online, a confirmation email will state that your child has been "waitlisted."  This is the auto-email sent and does not necessarily mean that your child is permanently on a waitlist, but allows us to review your application to ensure it's completed in full.  We review applications in the order they were submitted. When we have processed your application and confirmed that we have a spot in your child's preferred class, we will send you an email confirming your child's admittance into our program.  These confirmation emails will be sent within 1 week of your registration. This email will contain a link to pay the supply fee required for the program in which you are enrolling. Payment of the supply fee is due within 48 hours from the time the email was sent. If the payment is not received, your spot will go to the next person in line. If a spot is not available in your preferred class, you will be notified via phone call of waitlist placement.  If you withdraw your child's application for any reason before July 1st, 50% of this fee may be reimbursed. After July 1st, this supply fee becomes non-refundable.

3. Once payment is received, you will receive a third email stating your enrollment has been secured.  When you receive this email, no further action is needed and we will reach out with information regarding meet the teacher and other events before the start of the school year.
